I grew a bunch of zucchini last year and dehydrated slices into Zucchini Chips. Some have a bit of garlic, but mostly just crispy, crunchy zucchini. I make salsa and use the zucchini instead of chips when I need that crunch.
If sliced zucchini is 29 calories a cup (before dehydration), that is still a lot of food and fills you up. I recommend it!
