When it's as hot as it's been, I either exercise early or in the evening - or move to a location that's cooler like near the beach or higher elevation but that's not always possible so most of the time it's 'early or late' but not in the middle.
I think it's supposed to cool off this week around here - hope it's cooler for you wherever you are, too!

I try to get most of my walking in during the cooler parts of the day. I run more on the treadmill at the gym than I do outdoors now. The biggest problem is the heat really interferes with my sleep -- I've been fatigued for weeks!

I had workers at my house this past week and was without the comforts of my house since they pretty much were in most of the rooms at one point..I got out my pedometer & began walking about along with many bottled waters and paced myself. I got in my fitness sat in the shade it was 103 .... Did you workout indoors today to avoid the big temps? How are you managing your fitness schedule on these extremely hot days?
