What activity or exercise would you do if you had no limitations? Ballroom dancing but I get motion sick so can't. :(
Is there anything stopping you from exercising 20 minutes every day? Nope in good health
Do you see exercise as one more thing you don't really want to do or do you look forward to it? Look forward to any movement makes the body go ahhhhh!
How creative are you when it comes to burning calories? Think I can get pretty creative when the mood hits me. Don't like being bored.

Dancing, swimming, obstacle courses, relay races, really large hay maze, mountain climbing, walkathons.
Are you a doer or a watcher? Would like to think a doer but use to be just a watcher wishing I had the talent to do.

Ride a bike on street or mountain trails? Would love to do the mountain trails but have to have the right bike for that..
What is the hardest thing you did for exercise/activity? Climb Yosemite...first time in years that I climbed a mountain. First was when I was 18... Mount Washington in NH with my senior class.
