I always use just a quick walk at a brisk pace as a warmup. It gets my heart rate up and allows me to get the joints limbered up!

I have noticed my energy level is a bit lower this month and it seems to take a little more to get me going during my workouts. I always start my workout every day with 20 minutes of yogilates. On days that I try to skip it I don't get far into my workout before I notice a tweak or a pull on a muscle or joint so I just do the yogilates first every time to stretch out my muscles and get ready. I have especially noticed though that on cardio days it takes me 2 -10 minute workout videos (that I really just sluggishly finish) before I am warmed up enough to actually feel motivated and energized for the rest of my workout. Is there a quicker little workout I could do to get my heart pumping and get warmed up for the rest of my workout?
