The weekend was and since it was so full of personal milestones I've decided to use all three celebrations as a finish-line and to "start again" fresh today
I remember how excited I was when I joined SP... full of promise and ready to change my life. I've had a lot of success in 2 years but I've also stalled on the weight loss. So with a BIG birthday (65), a and the completion of my 100 day challenge met I'm starting again with a re-newed Spark in my step on this healthy journey I love my life
Had my 5k yesterday and got my grocery shopping done (really needed my frozen fruit for my protein smoothie - I ran out). Today's plans include gym, laundry, and room tidying, and maybe, just maybe, strapping on my roller blades if my legs are feeling it.

A mix of both! Did a 3 mile walk today, and plan another for tomorrow. Ran some errands with hubby, after my walk and shower, then chores today. Tomorrow am planning some recipe overhauls after my walk.
Weather is so nice on the coast it's hard to be inside too much!

Outdoor fun this weekend, both today and Sunday :) Did an 8-mile hike this morning and will do another tomorrow morning. Afternoons will be spent doing laundry, dishes, and tidying up the house. And there will be plenty of time for just hanging out in between chores. Wishing everybody a great weekend.

I am enjoying a relaxing weeekend at home. I am going to a movie later on. Sunday going to the beach for a long walk. I love to soak in the sea air, it makes whatever is ahead go much better. How about you? Will you be doing outdoor fun? Plans to go to anywhere fun? Or no just kickin it at home....
