Holy workout. I just finished doing the SparksPeople day one 12 minute bootcamp. Twice. Then I did the 12 minute low impact cardio video and I followed that with the 20 minutes Yogilates routine. I tried doing the Hemalyaa Bollywood dance intense cardio video after that but it was a little too advanced for me and the evil lady on the video kept laughing with each painful move so I quit that after 3.53 minutes. Almost an hour long workout today total WOOHOO!
