This is a weird question, but I'll ask anyway...
After working out, and sweating, my hair gets dry and dull and looses its bounce. Before I started working out, my hair was always shiny, silky and healthy looking.
Have you ladies mastered a way to protect your hair from the dryness from exercising (sweat)? I would like to have beautiful hair and a beautiful body at the same time. But as of now, I have no idea how to get the best of both worlds. I hate having to choose between healthy, silky, shiny hair and a healthy toned body.
I have tried asking my hair stylist, but she doesn't have the answer to my question.
Please share what has worked for you?
