I use both sites on a regular basis. The only thing I use MFP for is tracking because I feel like their trackers, especially their mobile app accessibility, is MUCH easier to use than Spark. But as for the social aspect, I use Spark for that. So SP is my primary spot when I think about being healthy, and I use MFP much more as a weight loss tool.

I'm not on MFP but have been on lots of other sites - so far, NOTHING ELSE even comes close to what we have here at SparkPeople. But each of us is an individual so what's the down side of trying the other site for awhile? If you decide it's not as good as what we have here, you can always come back!

I think I've been a member on Sparkpeople for about 3 years now. I'm not the most active member, aka I don't always post on the message boards and I often forget to log my exercise, but I use it almost daily. Well I had a "girls night" last weekend, and my friend that came over has been losing weight and requested some "healthy foods" while she was here. As I pulled out my delicious and fresh veggie trays ;) , I asked her how she lost weight. She told me MyFitnessPal helped her a lot. Well..... a lot of us on here have been through all the websites, all the diets, etc. What do you think of myfitnesspal compared to sparkpeople? Do you have an account on there as well as here? Just curious on any opinions :)emoticon
