I tend to jot notes at work and scratch things out as I confirm them or respond related to them, but very rarely in my personal life. In my personal life, if I jotted notes somewhere I know I wouldn't look back at them when I needed them. Bookmarks and favorites are more useful.
That said, I have too many random notebooks and journals with a variety of writing in them. Not notes, but random fiction, statistics of my at-the-time condition, login information, rants, and other such scribblings.

Sometimes I write notes but I have so many pieces of paper around, I'm trying to reduce the amount so I'll write notes on my computer or bookmark a site rather than jot things down on a piece of paper most of the time.

I am constantly writing notes, but it is more so "to do" notes about things my brain will forget if I don't note down - they are not at all health or fitness related. SO I guess my answer is no.

I am forever jotting down notes with info regarding health, new exercise videos, diet recipes & certain goals. But even with those notes, at times I struggle to follow a goal.. How about you?
Do you take notes to help you? Or no taking notes aren't necessary...
