Prior to moving the heat didn't bother me as much since I could just go out & swim. Now, it's a whole different story and since I no longer have a gym membership or equip at home I have to walk & exercise very early. And I am not an early riser LOL.
I do not mind the heat, but do not like sunburns. I got a slight sunburn yesterday while hiking the buck horn trail. I forgot the sunscreen, but I will know what to bring next time. It was a beautiful hike.
I do not mind high heat, but humidity on the other hand I can't stand and try to stay indoors.
My ideal temperature is high 70's to mid 80's. It hardly gets that warm here, so most days not an issue. In this part of California most homes aren't even equipped with a/c. This week is the exception to the rule. I sat outside for a couple hours this afternoon, ate both breakfast and lunch outdoors, but worked out at the gym mid-day, and now going to do some time on the elliptical because I waited too long (waiting for it too cool) to go for a walk.

High heat over 90, I try to stay indoors - if I have to go out, however, there are a few 'tricks' I use to try to stay cooler - obviously cooler clothing that doesn't stick or cling plus a hat to shade my face - but there are cooling scarves that you can soak in water [they have crystals that swell up and hold the coolness] and it helps a lot. But....not as much as the A/C inside, haha!

I go outside and enjoy the heat. (But I make sure to have at least a couple 2 liter bottles of water along.)
I have no idea how or why, but I've always been remarkably comfortable in a wide range of temperatures. I'll keep my window open unless it's under 40F in the winter or 101F in the summer - anything between I simply adjust to.

I DON'T VENTURE OUT IN THE HEAT IF I ABSOLUTELY DON'T HAVE TO, I STAY IN MY NICE COOL HOUSE.

I don't mind the heat as long as it's not humid. I try to dress for the weather and drink plenty of water.
I don't like it too hot. Where I live it doesn't get that hot though.
