Different kinds of chilling out.
One is working out. I love having my workouts on the way home from work. I have to transfer buses anyway, and so I workout at the gym right there. By the time I'm done, I've completely left work behind and am ready for the rest of my evening to be mine.
Another is nature. I'm in a large city area, but one that has many trees (city law, in fact, and there's probably as many trees as people). From some locations, I can look in 4 different directions and see low hills, medium hills, and our one nearby mountain. Clouds - I do love clouds. Or at night, the stars and planets that I can see just warm my heart / chill me out. Even a little time spent absorbing some sun at the park will do.
