Breakfast every single day - even if it's as simple as Greek yogurt with honey + a cup of coffee. I vary the meal quite a lot to keep myself interested. That way I can never find an excuse to say I'm bored, or I don't have the time.

Breakfast is almost my favorite meal....can't wait to eat in the morning!. I usually have whole wheat bread of some kind and either peanut butter or cheese on it, and ofcourse my black coffee. Many times I add an apple or banana along with that.
I lost 65 lbs. Yay!! Now, only 100 more to go..ugh..
I usually have shredded wheat.. it fills me up and just works good for me..!

People who skip breakfast often feel more tired, irritable, and restless in the morning. Those who eat breakfast have a better attitude toward work, more strength and endurance, and better concentration — all of which are crucial to sticking with a diet and an exercise program. How about you?
Are you making healthy choices for breakfast? Or not totally in a rush? Or I just have morning coffee?
