I eat breakfast everyday, even the times I am running out the door I grab a yogurt and a granola bar on my way out. I try to change it up when I am not so rushed to keep it interesting.
I like greek yogurt or cottage cheese with some fruit. If I have time I do an egg and spinach scramble with a slice of whole grain toast.
...and always lots of water! It wakes me up!
Breakfast every single day - even if it's as simple as Greek yogurt with honey + a cup of coffee. I vary the meal quite a lot to keep myself interested. That way I can never find an excuse to say I'm bored, or I don't have the time.

I eat breakfast every morning. Some days just a tbsp. of almond butter on a rice cake with fruit, but I make sure I grab something before I leave the house.

I always have breakfast - I keep 'quick and easy' breakfast things for those mornings when I'm so late, I don't have time for anything else. It helps to be prepared!

Breakfast is almost my favorite meal....can't wait to eat in the morning!. I usually have whole wheat bread of some kind and either peanut butter or cheese on it, and ofcourse my black coffee. Many times I add an apple or banana along with that.
I lost 65 lbs. Yay!! Now, only 100 more to go..ugh..
Breakfast is very important to me. I don't have the same thing every day, I eat whatever sounds good to me at the time and will get me off to a great day nutrition wise.
