When I was a teenager, I used to love a trampoline and it was always a great workout - haven't tried one for a bazillion years but I can imagine it would be lots of fun to give it a try - keep us posted and let us know how it goes!

I'm not familiar with them, but I haven't been on a trampoline since I was eight!

I'll be traveling next week and I saw there is a Sky High sports near by that offers a trampoline aerobics class. It sound quite fun. Have you tried it? Was it awesome?
