I generally exercise in longer segments than 10 minutes but on those super-busy days, doing a 10-minute walk a couple of times during the day can be a huge help!

I am not good at doing that. I do have a very regular routine of going to the gym 3-4 times a week and get in at least an hour of cardio each time.

I'm sure you have those busy days where you don't have the time to exercise ...but 10 minutes..3x daily split in one day, would add up to 30 minutes.
Just exercise for 10~ 3x a day..it's for your health!

Are you up for 10 minutes? Or I make up for it another day?
