I will be doing all my walking and running outdoors this year, rather than the gym or home equip. I will however be using DVD's indoors. (trying to convince myself I am getting the best of both worlds - LOL)
My schedule won't change much...walking outdoors at least 3 days a week, and 3 days at Curves. I am not looking forward too our 6:30 AM walks this next week though with Day Light Savings ending...ughhh! I hope it takes just a week to get used to the earlier hour.

Oh, no question about it - I absolutely prefer to exercise outdoors so choose it unless it's so horrible, I just can't - it takes a lot, though - super-hot weather is the main reason I head indoors but also heavy rain, high winds and in some cases super-cold weather. Otherwise, I'm definitely an outdoor-girl with no ifs-ands-or-buts about it!
