Make one change at a time master that then add another.
1. drink your water
2. eat a healthy breakfast EVERY day
3. move your body 10 min. a day and add on minutes as you get stronger.
4. eat healthy power foods, get rid of processed junk
5. cut out white flour, white rice think brown.
6. watch sugar! change to stevia or pure maple syrup or honey. go natural.
eat plenty of fruits and fresh veggies.
