I am blown away and totally in awe of your number ladies!!!!
320 minutes in the past two days
yesterday was cardio mix class, weight training and rowing
today was spent from 9 until 3:30 moving stuff out of our
rental house into storage only counted 120 minutes

1500/320/+ 110 OMG I did it despite being sick for two weeks!!

WTG on that weight loss Pernharper!! That is great-I am also getting on track with my weight this month-down four and that is amazing for me-I also can not claim the exercise since I have been sick but the past few weeks since getting back I have REALLY been watching what I eat.

Skrebel, managing to sell your rental house--in this day! That's quite a feat! Congrats!
Diane, yes you're right about managing to achieve one goal feels good!

I'm knocking on wood here (that this stays, if not keep moving)--as of this morning, I've lost 3 lbs this month! After months & months of either staying the same or *gaining*, I am soooo thrilled to finally be going in the right direction. Unfortunately, it's not the exercise that's really done it for me, but this month I've finally begun seriously cutting down on food again.

No we have done many cruises and this is the first time we have ever gotten sick. DH said he started feeling badly on the drive to NY he just did not want to say anything-I caught it from him and got sick about half way though the cruise. Although I will say being sick on a ship is really no fun and this one took alot out of me-I still am not at 100% -but I will definitely take another cruise-it is the only way to really get DH to away and not still check in with work and just relax!

Diane, Man, that stinks!!! I've finally lost a pound, but it's a bit of a joke, 'cause I'd actually gained, so getting back to where I was a month ago! It seems the more I exercise, the more I want to eat. This week I've finally managed to change a couple of bad eating habits (the root canal & temp. crown I got in yesterday helped--ha!). But today I'm making a cake for son #2, and he's chosen Chinese take-out for his b'day dinner. There goes that pound... Arrrgggghhhh...

Hey folks
good to see how well you are all doing. We got back on Saturday but I was diagnosed with acute bronchitis half way into the cruise-still feel HORRIBLE and the last thing I can even begin to think about is working out. I have NO energy at all-I am hoping to be able to get back to a routine of some sort by next week at the earliest but we shall see what works out. I will check in with you all to get exercise through osmosis LOL

Spent 7 hours in an Urgent Care yesterday. had a pain in my chest I had never had before. Got nervous and went over. After the whole cardiac workup, they determined it was a muscle strain. Very relieved.

Glad you see you guys on line also, it gives me just enough to keep motivated and honest with myself.

today was an awesome morning. 2 hours at the gym.
30 min personal training, 60 yoga sculpt (that's yoga with weights)
40 elliptical.

Welcome to our new workout minutes challenge for March. New Month New Opportunity to begin working out and become healthier!!! I leave for a cruise this Saturday and will be gone for a week so although I plan on working out while away I will keep my goal at 1500 minutes for this month and hope to exceed it!

For any new challenge members we have been setting a monthly workout minutes goal and posting as follows:
