I use CURVES as much as I can. It is not to hard because it is just a few blocks from my house and I love to walk to and from. I also want to use some things I have found on you tube - .Zumba,chair dancing... Yes, it is not as easy to exercise outside in OUR ND winters.
Hi. You're right, it does get cold here. I use different Wii games. I have the zumba Wii, but haven't really gotten into it yet, I've heard it is great. Same with the ExerBeat, got great reviews, I just need to use it. I use a lot of Leslie Samson's Walk Away the Pounds, I especially like the one that uses the body boost cables, gives some light strength with it that way.
Lets face it, it gets cold up here! What exercises do you recommend for the days when you just can't get outside? I've recently moved here from Ohio, and I really would like to know what works for different people.
I found a wii "game" that kicks my butt--called My Fitness Coach. It's a good one and is geared towards your fitness level, time commitments, and really just makes me feel good when I'm able to follow through. I also have a treadmill to walk on (I haven't had to use it yet because the weather is just beautiful!).
