I love that! I have never heard of FLAB but I love it! I have recently realized I'm an emotional eater. Happy, sad, lonely, with friends...if I can feel it I'm down for eating. Thanks for a new thought!
Eat to live, make healthy choices every day. Ask yourself, why am I eating? Is it because of FLAB? Frustration, Loneliness, Anger, or Boredom? These are some of the main reasons emotional eaters eat. Eat for fuel. Don't eat for entertainment! Eating is nourish your body. Sorry about the rant I just need to remind myself.
