Yes, out of town for work and visited the Chicago (South Pulaski) location. Small but very clean location. Would recommend this location. Got in some strength training and 4 mile run on the treadmill.

I'm new. Only been member since last Friday but have been everyday but two. Had trainer set me up on a schedule to try and lose weight. Headed out in about Hr. Starting to enjoy this.

The hubby and I just got back from our first time doing the 30 minute circuit, plus 15 minutes of walking on the treadmill before and after. :)

Heck yeah I was there! In between getting out of work and going to my son's baseball game. I did 20 minutes on the treadmill and the 30 minute express workout! I have never been a member at a gym before, and about a month ago joined the new planet fitness here, and am in love!
I did not turn out how I thought I would in high school, I turned out better...

I love my PF. I ran 1.5 miles on the treadmill and walked .75 Miles. Great work out today!

Upper body today was great. I tried a couple new machines. Its exciting to add items to your routine. Shaking stuff up, I like it.
Goal 1: Lose 15lbs Goal 2: Lose 30lbs Goal 3: Be a size 16
Well I put in time at the gym today. Should I say I lost track of time. Before I knew it I had been there an hour which had not been my intention. Oh well it was a productive hour. Today lower body, tomorrow upper body.

Yeah the arc is something I'm just going to have to take slowly and learn how to do it. I don't think I did it right when I tried it. I hit up my PF today. Got a great workout with the 30 min. express circuit. What a great idea I am so glad someone thought of that. Just sad I can't do it every time I go. Got to let the muscles rest I suppose.

I did 18 mins on the treadmill at 10% incline. I was running late for work. I cant do the arc thing it kills my thighs. 4 mins on it and I have spaghetti legs. lol

Where is everyone?!! HELLO? Anyway, back at it again today. Today was cardio and I can't lie I was a little bit disappointed my PF didn't have the cardio rowing machine. Anyone know what I'm talking about? I love that machine nice upper body workout and cardio in one. I did a total of 20 minutes on the recumbent bike, 15 minutes on the treadmill hitting up that incline, and 5 minutes on the arc trainer. I have no idea what I'm doing on the arc, guess I need lessons.

First day off from work. I hit up the PF by my house and loved it again. I did the 30 minute express circuit and I added the glute machine to my rotation. Gotta work on that booty.

I avoid PF in January. All the newbies are on the machines at my "usual" time. I go back when they jump off the band wagon. I exercise at home or walk outside until then.

I went on the 12th and I did the 30 minute work out area. Yesterday (Friday) I did 10 minutes on the treadmill, 10 minutes on the Nordic Track (first time on that machine, i love it!) 10 minutes on the bike and another 10 minutes on the treadmill to cool down. I only burned 137 calories though =( Tonight I am going and will do the 30 min. work out area again. Its fun!

Last night I did 30 minute circuit, 25 on bike and 20 on Elliptical...I still can't figure out the ARC...maybe it's just my short legs, but I feel awkward on it

Haven't seen the Planet Fitness in Shippensburg, Pa as busy as it was today; Since it opened last year. At least my machine wasn't being used.
