I tried a set plan but it didn't work for me.
I am now starting on the elliptical, still barely making it to 10 min on cardio level then, I have been going to the arm and shoulder strength machines partly cause I'm still recovering from the elliptical. I also try a make sure I get on the abd crunch machine.
So, now I am just working what my body is letting me do, hopefully soon I can start developing a regular schedule. But right now I'm still a newbie!
