I know this is a late entry on this post, but I've recently started using the 30 min. workout at my PF. I've decided to list it as "cardio" , but put in the calories that my calorie counter states that I've burned. Ex.: 30 mins 327 calories. The next day, which you are to do this every other day, not two days in a row... 32 mins.... (sometimes, ya run over....) 400 cals... etc.

Does anyone have a better route to take?

I just started yesterday and was a little confused but watched a video about the 30 min workout. I have decided to start doing it at least three to four times a day. Any suggestions?

I absolutely love the 30 min circuit!! Its made it easy for me to figure out what machines to use for my arms and legs without walking all over the gym!!

I just use the Ladies Express as a similar workout. I figure they are probably about the same.

That sounds just like my gyms. The titles in SP might not match up 100% but you should find them all. For example, the fixed pull-down is called something like lat pull-down.

ok, here is the list for our gym... not sure if they are all the same:
seated leg press
leg extension
seated curl
chest press
fixed pull-down
seated row
shoulder press
bicept curl
tricept extension
abdominal crunch

each has a cardio station in between

Thanks! I do the circuit on my non-running days since it's a no brainer and I don't have to worry that I'm not getting the right machines in. I'm going to make a list today and enter them all in today! I may just post it here too incase anyone else is wondering! Thanks much!!

I don't think there is a way to track other than adding each exercise individually. Fortunately, once you enter it once, then it all should be saved under your strength training schedule. I'm pretty sure all the machines are listed in the strength training area under gym exercises. I don't know the full list of the express circuit at P.Fit. but I use the other circuit machines and I found them all here.

Sorry I don't.....at my gym...people don't follow the rules of the circuit...so I get frustrated and I don't use it.....

Does anyone have a list of machines in the 30 minute express area? I want to track that somehow and the circuit is not on the SP list of excersises. Just not sure how to track this other than putting in each machine seperatly.
