Any time a thread has opened about an app issue, we've offered the standard login/logout troubleshooting steps - which fixes 90% of the problems - and referred the person to the Technical/Site Support message board - and that seems to have worked well.
I view this team strictly as a place to get updates about the iPhone/iPad app itself as the team name implies, not the iPhone and it's abilities/apps. Given that, the team is dormant 99% of the time.
