Sorry - this question is very basic; within the app, have you logged in? On the bottom menu (Today, Food, Fitness, Weight, More) click More. Click Settings. Click Login.

It should sync itself automatically after that.

Hi everyone. I just joined SP today, and I was so excited to hear that there is an iPhone app that I can use as well! I do have a couple of questions however... How do I get my app to sync with the site- like on my food tracker? Thanks for any help you can give!
