In the main message boards, there is a "Site/technical help" forum that is monitored by SP technical staff. No, the dont monitor team content unless there's a complaint There are several threads about the app - SP is aware there are problems, but I haven't been there in a few days to know the current scoop. Until Spark Guy sends out a blog that the app fix is ready, I'm just going to the website using Safari on my iPhone.
