Just take it one day at a time, one meal or snack at a time! Try to remember to log whatever you eat in app or online ASAP after you eat something so you don't forget you ate it. If you think you blew it, just try to get back on track the next meal and take it as a lesson learned. Every little bit helps and every step along the way forward, backwards or sideways is a learning experience which will help next time you are in a similar situation!!
