I started using SparkPeople about two weeks after I had my RNY bypass. I had been using a different app before that for years to track diet and excersize but it wasnt as user friendly as this one. It's a great tool to help keep all my daily numbers straight. Also, all the different docs question different aspects of diet and exercise constantly, so being able to pull out my iPad and answer them is fantastic. I do with there was a separate addendum for vitamin and mineral supplements though off the food section. For people like me, it would be very useful.
