I do virtually all my Sparking via my phone. The app only tracks your nutrition, exercise, water and weight. For getting daily/bonus Spark Points and reading/writing blogs, team threads, SparkMail, etc you have to do via phone. So, even though I have the app I do all my daily sparking at once as much as possible.
I create a bookmark for each of the pages I visit regularly so I zip around the site pretty easily.
Those who think they have no time for a healthy lifestyle will sooner or later will have to find time for illness.
