It's certainly a lot colder now - wearing a fleece today.
Feeling a bit low - my daughter's having a few problems which I can't really help with.
Hopefully things will turn out fine.
Have a good day folks

Good for you Jackie!!

I had a day off plan today, just today mind...back to it tomorrow! emoticon
Had a lovely 2hr walk today in the sunshine but such a chilly wind. I've put the 10,5tog duvet on the bed because I was cold last night!!
Our forecast for the bank holiday w/e is rather rainy!!

Hope everyone else is doing well!

Jackie...I know you will soon get that gain off again emoticon
Anyway, well done for going to group.

Donna...well done for that loss....and have a fab holiday at Butlins!

Cathy, sometimes it's OK to STS especially as you have your grandsons to care for.
Wonderful that you can already feel the benefit of your hearing aids too.

Weighed in this morning and was down 3lbs!! Was not expecting that, puts me 1/2lb under target but I'm sure I can get that back up again though! ha ha!!

Then we voted for Woman of the Year! I was one of five ladies asked to give a little resume of our SW journeys, so that was an honour even to be voted for. A lovely lady was the winner. Then...I won a raffle prize...basket of fresh veggies!!

Bank holiday w/e coming up...any plans? I have heard the weather is supposed to be abysmal....

I didn't lose any weight this week, stayed the same.
As its the school holidays and I am looking after my grandsons I don't seem to stick to my plan very good.
I got hearing aids fitted this morning,I didn't think my hearing was all that bad,but now I can hear so clear and I can't here my tinnitus at all.

As you know I was dreading my weigh in on Monday and nearly didn't go to class. However, I did and had put three and a half pounds on - shocking emoticon
Back to plan now and hoping to erase the damage.
Have a great day guys

Hi Irene, glad you can catch up with some sleep during the day sometimes, that's something I've never mastered unless I'm sick and go to bed.
Glad you're getting the mastery over the paperwork at home...I have a file and just put it away once it's dealt with. The other good thing is that I have a lot of paperless bills that come online these days so that helps.

I can proudly say I've been on plan for a whole 7 days...haven't done that probably since I reached target!! Will be interesting to see what my weigh in is tomorrow.

Hi it is Monday but only an hour or two in the day, my sleep pattern is very erratic ,i was awake from 3 30 am yesterday and up at 5 am , i had two very short naps over the day . I thought I may have a good night then but it doesn't go like that,
My official weigh in day today but I am probably about the same. I have been up and down on the scales ,
It's getting a bit cooler now so the slow cooker is earning it's keep. I used it yesterday as I wanted a free morning to sort out lots of paper work, I am taking over dealing with financial matters and all business now I didn't like it but my husband can't deal with it now, I had so much paper work to go through and make my own filing system . It took a while but in theory I should be able to find any document ,bill bank statement now,, I was pleased with myself for organising it .
Have a good week, Irene

Hi Jackie...well at least you were nominated, that's a great honour I feel. We seem to be doing ours this coming week. Congrats for your daughter for her A-Level results...my grandson will get his GCSE's on Thursday.

Looking forward to some better weather this week according to the BBC.
Pleased to say my eating has been very good for the last 5 days, actually since weigh in day when I seem to go off plan for a few days. I've been planning my days eating at breakfast and that's really helped me. I got out my copy of SW "50 Free Green recipes" today for some more ideas.

Hope we all have a good week to come! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Back from a mini Spark break - my daughter was 18 yesterday and received her A level results the day before so it's been a crazy few days. Maintained my weight at class on Monday but didn't win Woman of the Year. Hey-ho.......
Dreading weighing myself again as have gone completely off plan. Last time this happened I gained 5lbs but managed to eventually lose it again.
Start of the Premier League and my boys Crystal Palace are away at Arsenal. All my family are going but I'm having a much needed rest. Come on you Eagles! emoticon

Sounds like you were at Butlins about the same time as me...those were the days eh!!

My weather has definitely turned to Autumn now...maybe we shall have an Indian summer but for now it's chilly and wet, yet again.

Hope everyone is ready for the w/e...I need to plan my menus, been better at that this week I'm pleased to say. I've been going through back SW mags looking for recipes to give me more ideas.

Hello everyone,Janet i also lost 1lb this week,I am looking after my grandsons during the day for the school holidays, somehow i find it hard to stick to the plan lately.
I took them swimming at the sports centre this morning, tomorrow if the weather is ok,i will take them to ride their scooters on the promenade,it is nice and flat there.
Irene,i have started to use my slow cooker a lot,it is so easy just to put in the ingredients and to forget about it,i have been looking online for some more recipes.
Donna, enjoy your time at Butlins,we use to go to Butlins in Phwelli and Barry island when our children were young,we also used the baby minding service,it dosnt bear thinking about now especially after what happened to poor Madelaine McCann, but it is just what everyone did at that time.

Hi everyone...just been for a nice evening walk...getting chilly though with the wind.
Weighed in this morning and I thought I'd be in for a 2lb gain...surprised myself with just 1lb GAIN! Happy about that. emoticon

Irene... emoticon sometimes we just lose the plot for a while!! Keep trying, that's the important thing.

Donna...glad the heartburn is under control. 1/2lb...what can I say...it's really nothing in the scope of things and as you said, you feel the emoticon emoticon
How lovely to be off next week on your family holiday. I had many Butlin holidays when my children were young, so ideal.
Guess parents don't leave their children to sleep in the chalets while they go out for the evening now!! It was so simple, you just registered your chalet number. If a chalet maid passed by and heard a child/baby crying a message would come over the speaker system which would be heard in all the theatres etc. "Baby crying in chalet 219." And off that parent would go to see to the baby!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No, not very safe but it seemed to work back then.

That meal sounds nice Irene. Consider this your kick and reminder to look after yourself, you suggested you needed! emoticon

Thanks guys for the heartburn advice. I have gaviscon tablets now but luckily have not suffered again!

I am away from next Friday for a week, we are going to Skegness Butlins again as we all really love it. I am looking forward to a family holiday however there's a lot to do before that and after it it will be back to school and work! Need to get some lists written. emoticon

I was disappointed last night to have put on again, only 1/2lb and its almost TOM but I didn't stay for class and shed a few tears at home. Must do better this week. emoticon
However the good but crazy thing is that I think I have never looked better than I do right now so glad for that but why do I let the emoticon be so important! emoticon

Hello on Wednesday. I have had heartburn a lot too , it can be anything setting it off fruit or yoghurt often do which seems to indicate it's acid causing it. Spicy foods, fats chocolate all cause it , means a bland diet really .
Yesterday I cooked a whole chicken in the slow cooker , I added some homemade soup,a few potatoes and carrots , that made a tasty meal . There was a lot of stock and veg over so I added sausage, bacon, leeks and sage to it. Cooked it off and it's made another meal for another day maybe with pasta, mainly for my husband,
I am neglecting my own needs lately , mainly lack of time and perhaps interest, I need a good kick up the back side girls ! Or some support and encouragement maybe. Oh dear , Irene

I used to take anything with ginger for heartburn. Since losing weight and laying off pastry - my trigger - I no longer suffer with it!
Just printed a pre-weightloss photo of me for the class tonight. Scary stuff - truly didn't realise I used to be that big.
Day in the office then preparing for my weigh in when I get back. Will let you all know how it goes.....

Oh Jackie...what an honour even to be nominated!! Really hope you do well....I know you'll let us know how it goes.

Donna...sorry you have heartburn...something you ate? Apart from mint you could try:
1/2 and 1 teaspoon of baking soda with a glass of water. That should neutralise the acid.
Well done for drinking your water!!! So good for us!
You're right the carvery shouldn't through anyone off plan...but the slice of hot choc fudge cake might!! At least I refused the cream or ice cream!

The pizza sounded really nice Irene, glad you enjoyed it.

Janet I really like carvery meals and they don't have to be totally off plan, however its easier for me as I don't like gravy! emoticon emoticon

Jackie how exciting to be possibly your group's Woman of the Year tomorrow night. emoticon just make sure you take everything as planned and good luck! emoticon

I am still having a great week and have had my 2litres of water every day (was much harder today though). For some reason I have heartburn today and no remedies in the house, I have tried a strong mint and a mint tea. Any other ideas friends?

Good for you Irene...pizza with baked figs, never tried that one but glad you enjoyed it.

Working the plan sort of here...planned a healthy picnic yesterday (SW quiche) and then at the end after a long walk...had a small Italian ice cream cone.
Today after Sunday service we're taking my son to a carvery. Will be nice...plate of veggies for me and will have a dessert, not sure which yet. Then Monday & Tuesday...full guns for weigh in!!

I don't get on here daily but when I do I like looking at what we have all been doing . We are all sensible and accept at times we will eat what we feel like eating but we also know it's a one off and we will get back on plan again. What's the alternative?
We had a meal out yesterday with our son, I help my husband chose his meal first , then can chose my own I chose something I would never do usually , it was a thin pizza base with goats cheese and baked fig topping, I fancied it I ordered and enjoyed every mouthful . No regrets . Really I was off plan all day and will regret it when I get weighed, but we only eat out monthly now with our son Mike so I am going to enjoy that meal . We don't have dessert or wine with that meal . So back to basics today. Enjoy your day, Irene

emoticon Cathy on getting your 3lbs off again!
I took HRT too and I think that's why I got to be overloaded with estrogen....hence the years and years of hot flushes. My daughter has learnt from me and steered away from it. Did you have any problems when you stopped taking it Cathy?

Irene....I'm sure you are looking lovely at the weight you are. Sure, somehow we are never quite satisfied but, that's just us. We don't really need anyone else's opinion do we?

Donna...you are right, no reason for that slight blip and IMO was probably just that day!! It happens. emoticon

Jackie...I shop around quite a few online health supplement companies and find the best deals and products.
Hope you'll be feeling better tomorrow...I know some days are just like that!! emoticon

Been out for the day today....walked round the reservoir before lunch, one hour! The did it again after lunch! All good body magic! Food was totally off plan but so enjoyable! emoticon

I have lost 3lbs this week,so back to what i was before my weekend away.
Talking about the menopause,i am well past that now i don't get hot flushes any more.
Between the ages of 50 and 60 i was taking hrt,i stopped taking it when i retired as i could cope better with the hot flushes when i was home.
I never tried any herbal remedies as i was worried they might not be safe.

Unfortunately I was 1lb up this week and no obvious reason for it! emoticon I was positive about it at club but hated it when they asked my weight (along with everyone else being asked). most people had lost a pound - sad that I found it! emoticon

Irene I too had a friend (at my club) saying she couldn't understand why I wasn't at my target yet as I looked great but to be honest that day I felt really good today. Irene you are being sensible not to let the horrid scale spoil your day!

Again they mentioned drinking a 2 litre of water each day so I now have a 2lt bottle of water in the fridge and I'm drinking it!

Sorry guys I don't want to think about the menopause yet but will write your thoughts down for when its my turn. emoticon emoticon emoticon off to do some gardening now

Hi friends on Thursday . Hot weather is enough for me without hot flushes. I am sure losing weight in summer is harder than in winter in some ways. Too hot to walk fast, too hot to do much exercise , it's ok for light food but sometimes I don't feel like cooking and it's too easy to grab a sandwich .
I have tried writing everything down that I are but never kept it up for long. I can usually look back and think ah yes there was that chocolate, that extra glass of red wine yesterday !
I am not seriously overweight , everyone tells me I am " just right" . It would be too easy to accept that but I know i am not anorexic and would like ot lose a few pounds, even if one friends tells me there is more fat on a greasy chip than on me. It made me smile anyway .
Still in daily weighing and noting daily numbers . I will go to weekly weighing later but for now it gives me some idea of fluctuations so I don't panic now if I am suddenly 2lbs up without any obvious reason, I know I can be down by 3 lbs on the scales dial .
Hope you are all well and enjoying summer ! Irene

Just to cheer you a little about the menopause Jackie...I began the hot flushes in 2002...not too bad now but still having my moments!! I got some Sage from Healthspan (Channel Isle company too) and my daughter is having good control with Menoserene, from the same company. Maybe check those out online. I'm not advertising...just hope this helps you.

Weighed in and was pleased to be down 1.5lbs.....I worked a bit for that! emoticon

Battling my hot flushes this morning. Anyone else have this problem? Have a supplement imported from the Channel Islands to combat this - Black Cohosh doesn't seem to be available in England at the moment.
I deliberately sit under an air conditioning vent at work to get as much cool air as possible - oh the joys of menopause! emoticon

Thanks Donna for the twins birthday wishes today...expect there will be much excitement there.
Hope your weigh in goes well tonight!

Irene...great to be down another 1lb. Are you writing down all you're eating? Sometimes you can see a pattern to ups and down on the scale that way....just a suggestion.

Jackie...your post so made me emoticon gotta love those emoticons!!
Well done for being down 1lb, however you did it!! emoticon

Well done Irene for losing the 1lb whilst still enjoying a good quality bread roll. That sounds like a super plan. I consider our team are all friends too and look forward to 'speaking' with you all!

Hello friends I do think of regular team members as friends and we can chat any time which is good.
I am still on daily weigh ins and noting the fluctuations which can be 4 pounds in one day. Which is unreal, I am noting the top number occasionally reached doesn't crop up often now , I take the day to day numbers over a week and take the average, .that way I had lost a pound over the week,
! I was missing bread and felt I needed some. So bought 4 good quality mixed seeds bread rolls and having one a day for my lighter meal . Had tuna on one night, chicken last night plus salad and fresh fruit after, I do feel full then all evening, I will see if it affects my weigh over the week ,
Have a good day . Irene

Saturday and time to get back to 100% on plan ready for weigh in on Wednesday!!
Had some rain overnight and today hasn't been very bright so stayed home. I made a nice baked rice dish for lunch with cheese & tuna...very tasty!

Cathy, congrats to your daughter...glad you were there to cheer her on. Those extra pounds will soon disappear now you're back on plan.

Irene, emoticon to your husband....glad you could spend it quietly at home where he feels most comfortable. That will be an interesting experiment...let us know your outcome. I have a small notebook where I jot my days eating and weight every day so that's one way to look back and see.

Jackie, yes a great pity about the pier...even harder to understand how E'borne got a visit from Cameron and the promise of 2 million!!!! Hastings lost their pier due to a fire too and have had years of fund raising to start the renovation works!!
Glad your enjoying your trip to the south coast.

Donna...my tablet connection to SP was naff when I was away...you were fortunate to have a good connection. I take it the drinking plenty wasn't emoticon (water!!) emoticon

Feeling a tad delicate after one too many vinos last night. Caught up with a good friend and had a fab evening so it was well worth it. There's a Take That tribute band on at the Eastbourne bandstand tonight - I've seen them before and they were great but think I'll give it a miss this evening.

Must tell my partner about your daughter in law Cathy - he's addicted to marathons & ultras and has tried one triathlon although he didn't like the swimming bit emoticon
Off to Eastbourne tonight to see a One Direction tribute band with my daughter and a friend. It's only a hundred yards or so from the now burnt out pier (so sad) so I'll be seeing the damage up close emoticon

Happy August it's my husbands birthday today, no special plans he's much of home bird routine person now,
I have been weighing myself daily and noting the mad fluctuations , it can be 4lbs in one day. I took the average over the week, just done second week the same way and the average went down by one pound . I hope to do daily weighing for a month then look back to see what it was on same day each week and see it I can go by weekly weight,.
I am enjoying the lovely fresh fruits around now .
Have a good weekend .irene

Arrived back home last night after a weekend in Nottingham and 2 days in Leeds.
My daughter in law completed the Outlaw ironman triathlon in 13 hours and 59 minutes,we are so proud of her,it made me feel tired just watching all the competitors,it was a lovely day and such a great atmosphere.
I was 2 days late getting weighed this week and i have put on 3lbs,so i am straight back on the programme and hope to lose next week.

Well done Donna for STS...not easy with visitors!!

Jackie...great you lost what you gained. As we know snacks are fine if they're healthy SW ones but guess he's not using those!! lol

I STS again yesterday....happy with that, maybe try a bit harder this week and drop down a pound.
Went out yesterday after group to a Reservoir and country park and walked about 3hrs!! All good body magic! Eating wasn't too good with the cream tea but...that was yesterday!!

I had a Stay the Same at weigh in last night which wasn't what I expected so was a little disappointed but there you go with visitors here I guess it could have been worse!
They go home today which will be strange for my children but nice in some ways to have my house back, they have been a treat. I will post a couple of photos later in the week.

Great to help at club by weighing members Janet, that can be a hard job. I only sell the raffle tickets, but every little helps. emoticon emoticon

How nice you have someone else to cook SW ways Jackie...is your partner following the plan too?

Actually I can't consider using the cottage cheese again because it's dairy of course.
Been a lovely day here and later this afternoon we walked in the country park for a time. All good exercise to aid my weigh in tomorrow morning. Once again I'll be weighing the members in so have to be there early before the session begins. Afterwards we're going out for the rest of the day which I'm looking forward to.

Hi on Monday
Yesterday we had main meal at our sons home ,sometimes it's an indulgence but worked well this week. A buffet meal with a dish of baked potatoes then salad, tuna , cottage cheese and other things to go with jacket potato , I haven't had cottage cheese in years I always said I didn't like it, I tried some and found it most pleasant, that's a bonus. Dessert was frozen yoghurt! So it could have been deigned for me. No wine either they don't drink alcohol I had lots of water, how did your weekend go? Irene

Hi on .Friday, sparks sulked with me for a a few days, could log on but as I went to a team it closed down , suddenly back with me today.
I found my SW books again so want to study them this weekend. I think I do it ok but weight doesn't go! Actually a pound was off this week, my scales or my body fluctuate wildly so each day is different up or down, it varies 4Lb over a week but I took average and had lost one pound.
Hoping the weather cools down a bit soon that will help me cope better. Irene

Good subject....which day is best for weigh in?
I have Wednesday morning and I feel 'nervous' all day Sun - Tues...in fact I often sleep terrible Tuesday night!!
After my weigh in I have been know to go a little 'wild' until Sat or Sun and then off I go again doing my best to pull back whatever will be excess pounds. So far, it works for me!! Another thing I'm careful about is agreeing to meals out...I'll never meet my friends for lunch on a Mon or Tues!! And they know why!! And my husband knows better than to even suggest it! lol.
I think I can safely say SLIMMING WORLD rules!!! emoticon

Loving the emoticon planning on a little paddle in the sea later. Tomorrow having lunch with my friend in Eastbourne so looking forward to that.

Enjoy your day everyone.

I am a bit fed up with the heat now if I'm honest! emoticon (know I shouldn't say that really, Janet you are right we have had too much rain this year! emoticon

emoticon Jackie & Donna...that's all we can do.

Donna, I think counting the syns, even the 'invisible' ones....will certainly help.

Weighed in this morning and did indeed STS...I was happy about that.
One poor lady that I weighed had gained 10lbs!! (made me think I would never complain of gaining a pound or two again!!)

Yes it's hot here too but better than the rain I've seen too much of! emoticon emoticon emoticon

Jackie don't be disheartened especially if you have a good idea why! I too had a gain, I'm lucky it was only 0.5lb but I was a little disappointed. However on the way home I had a realisation;, lots of people at my club overeat on weigh in night - some even have fish and chips and I'm guilty of treating myself and once or twice added up those syns and they do matter. Another lady last week said she does the plan all 7 days as she wants it to work! So I decided only to have my 10 syns yesterday and will carry on counting the syns this week - or at least try to and see if it has a different result! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon Gosh its warm! emoticon

How wonderful Donna to have Spanish friends coming to stay....¿Dice usted español?

Looks like we are due temps of 25C today...not a lot of sun and some rain after 7pm....sigh!
Have a lean foodie day planned and for tomorrow so let's see how that goes.
Have my twins this afternoon after school...they break up on Wednesday for the summer hols.

Have a great week everyone....and best of all - let's do our best!!

Happy Monday, Hope everyone has a great week! Are you still enjoying the sunshine? emoticon I am mostly! Sometimes it is a bit too warm but we mustn't complain.
I am getting my hair coloured tomorrow and I can't wait! It will look so much better and it will make me feel better. It is 4 days till my Spanish friend, her hubbie and 2 children arrive to stay with us, looking forward to it but a bit nervous too.

That was a lot of walking Janet, glad you had a nice time. Irene it seems like you are planning well emoticon , you have to continue being patient and adaptable with your dh to make your life as easy as possible. emoticon

Everyone else hope you are doing well.

Great idea Irene...I do it all the time! I don't know the term 'port orange' ?

I planned on a salad meal today too but as it wasn't a very warm day I made a stirfry instead, using up lots of things I'd put in the freezer before we left for the trip.
Had a sneak weigh in...was amazed to be only 2lbs up!! Think I can cope with that before Wednesday!! lol

Thanks for support , this morning I suggested to dh we had a light lunch as it's so hot and heavy, salad new potatoes and something? He didn't like that at all saying he prefers a tradition meat, potatoes and veg meal. I wasn't happy but I then thought I don't have to eat what he eats , yes it's a port orange doing two meals but I can do it. So it's a mixed salad with all sorts in including a few grapes ,grated carrot , plus prawns . Irene

I had a lovely few days away...visited some 1st cousins (once removed!) and my lovely godson and his family. The food...ah the food! Suffice to say I have a bloaty belly to shift before weigh in on Wednesday!! Going to go all out for that! emoticon emoticon
Good news was I walked at least 1250 minutes!!

emoticon Jackie on getting your 1 1/2 stone SW award!!! Hope you had a lovely time out.

Well done Irene, good to feel in the 'zone' again! emoticon

emoticon Cathy...even staying the same is better than a gain! Have a lovely time in Nottingham with your family. I was close by in Leicester....we had a couple of days of 30C...much too hot!!

Donna...hope your time with friends was successful...writing down is a good plan ~ I took my book but didn't get around to using it!! Will restart tomorrow!

Hope you had a lovely night Jackie yesterday. I am out with friends tonight but really trying to stay within my syns this week and have written them down emoticon . [Its easier though as we are taking the food around].

Glad you are feeling more positive Irene. Going on the scales was brave so long as you don't let the number define who you are! I know how miserable it can make me and I am trying not to get on the scales only at my SW class. As we discussed at class last week getting on the scales can change how our day goes, if its heavier than we thought we reach for a treat to cheer us up and if its lighter we reach for a treat to 'celebrate'! emoticon emoticon
Have a great weekend, whatever the weather! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Hi on Saturday, what storms in the night such thunder claps over head and lightening was amazing but soon passed. I thought it's a bit like life we get the occasional storms with a lot of regular life between,.
Cathy you will be near me next weekend. I am in Cotgrave south of Nottingham.

I have to tell you I braved getting on the scales yesterday, knew I had gained and had a figure in mind but was just under that. But I feel now the time is right for me to start again, I went shopping early for salad fruit and veg, I planned my meals and made a long term plan. I am only a few pounds over my target weight so am aiming for a pound a month off an stay off! Should make it by Christmas ! How are you all doing? Irene

It is not that hot here, yesterday it was sunny, spent most of the day outdoors, today we have had a few heavy showers.
I hope the weather is nice next weekend,we are going camping at the Holme pierrepont water sports centre in Nottingham,my daughter in law is competing in the Outlaw triathlon, hope it isn't too hot either as it will be very uncomfortable for the runners.
I am hoping to go for a walk this afternoon if the rain keeps off.
Have a good weekend everyone.

Yeah it's hot but not as bad as in London. I made a mistake of going to town yesterday , long story but the heat and an impatient husband made me sorry I had gone to collect a picture I had framed , the picture is lovely anyway. Going to stay home as much as possible now lots of fluids and fans going. Could do with some salad stuff and veg so will go early before it gets too hot. Have a good weekend . Irene

Hope you feel better soon Irene. Treat yourself to an indulgent bath/rest/quality 'me' time and see if that helps!
I'm at work as usual - hope to sit on a deckchair in St James Park lunchtime and soak up the sun!
Have a good one folks!

A mid week chat, I am ok but back on the insomnia trail up every night for an hour or more,
I believe in planning too Donna especially meals and even having some handy fruit for snacks, grapes are very useful. I am on a scale avoiding mood. My own choice. I just hate being so dependant on a number on a dial. It won't last I will go back and be horrified I have gained pounds . Feeling a bit down this morning, probably tiredness. Have a good day, Irene

emoticon Jackie, losing 1.5 stones is a real achievement! Cathy I also stayed the same this week so I must try harder too. I read today FAIL TO PLAN IS a PLAN TO FAIL and I think for me that could be really true. I felt that I'd done well but hadn't written all my syns or anything else down so hadn't done so well! I have a nasty cold developing emoticon . Hope you have a good break Janet. emoticon everyone, love from Donna xxx

Weigh in tonight (what a rubbish night to have that on!) so fingers crossed!
Went a bit off track on Liam's birthday but hoping it won't reflect on the scales this evening!

Hope your digestion finally settled down Irene...not nice when it keeps you from sleeping.

Starting to get organised for our short trip away...small cases dug out of the cupboard!! Can't wait!
This afternoon we went for a walk in the sunshine...just so pleasant to wander around where we live.
I'm doing my best to stay on plan...almost as if I have a weigh in this week. Not sure how i will do away with somebody else catering!

emoticon LiquidAmber to our team, hope to see you posting very soon.

Hi in early hours of Sunday morning, our son and his daughter visited yesterday. I enjoy the company and chat but we always eat out at lunch time with them. I didn't exactly stick to plan
No with a shredded duck and sweet potato meal which was very tasty But on positive side I refused a dessert, I gave two boxes of chocolates to my grand daughter .
It another day today and I am up with indigestion, my body telling me something I ate didn't suit me.
Well done .donna on new position and I hope you all are having a good weekend . Irene
