wow.. no instructor can be tough. I went to one class over the summer which was basically someone dancing and we were supposed to keep up?
tonight.. in minutes really.. we start back to class. I am the coordinator and know that the teacher will have a VERY slow class tonight to accommodate the few newbies.
Anyway, excited to be back to working out!

I wish we actually had an instructor---we have someone who stays with us so we can have the class, but she really does not instruct us---we are doing the exercises that were taught to us by our old instructor who left.

Very good question. Something to think about. I try to do what their doing but the ones that I am not able to do I let them know and a lot of times they are able to modified the excercies. Linda from Winona, TX

I needed some exercise yesterday, so I attended another instructor's water aerobics class. I got my workout, but I was disappointed that it was inappropriate for the population that was there. Afterward, I asked her if she was planning to attend our upcoming continuing education workshops and she floored me by saying that she never learned anything in them and she wasn't wasting her money any more. Well, that was truer than she knew!
Wish I had had the courage to give her a little constructive feedback, but I didn't. Are there things you'd like to tell your instructor?
What would you do if you knew you could not fail?
