If you have a Sally Beauty supply near you they carry a great shampoo and conditioner by Ion for getting the chlorine out of your hair. I only paid $10 for both the shampoo and the conditioner. I was using the Loreal one first as it was all I could find. I will have to check out what walgreens has although I am sure it will be seasonal there where I think Sally's carries it year round.

Loreal has one in a blue bottle for kids swimming that I've had success with on my blond highlights. It also has a conditioner in so I kinda like it for the gym. Also sometimes at WalGreens or CVS I can find UltraSwim.
There's a product called Malibu Swim. I just use a clarifying shampoo. Most important is to get your hair soaked in the showers before. This allows less absorption of chlorine.

Is there any kind of rinse that can be used on blond dyed hair so I won't change colors in the chlorine water ? I thought there was but can't find anything about it.
Anyone know about this topic ?
I am going to get into shape and enjoy the journey along the way. -recipes.sparkpeople.com/cookbooks.a
