fast walking... I am not a "runner"- I can do short spurts on a walk but not too long. I don't use walking/running as my primary source of exercise but enjoy it when the weather is nice and I feel like something different.

Have you ever tried detox diets, pills or programs?

Yes - I believe they are safe and effective
Yes - But I didn't see any positive results
No - I think they're unsafe and ineffective
No - I have not tried any of these


I have tried the South Beach Diet Plan. It was great for a kick start. Now I just watch my portions and try and eat healthy. Sometimes I have a "feed the craving day". Then I'm right back on track again.

The only thing winter is good for is cuddling up under a warm blanket with a good book and a cup of hot tea!

What is your favorite winter activity?

Playing in the snow
Snow shoveling, blowing or plowing
Ice skating
Skiing, snowboarding or snow tubing
Sledding
I don't enjoy anything about winter!



DH and I like ice fishing, shoveling the snow for exercise and we would love to snow-shoe.

I'm not intimidated by any cardio equipment


None of the equipment intimidates me....the whole idea of the gym intimidates me. that's why I have my own equipment at home so I can do my exercises in private. That way I can also do my exercises on my timeline.

Which swimsuit reflects your current body image?

String bikini or speedo- I am looking great!
One piece or trunks- Some areas still need work
A cover up- I'm not ready for my big reveal
Wet suit- I won't let my size stop me from hitting the water
None- I wouldn't be caught dead in something so small



I would wear a full bathingsuit with shorts. I think my bikini days are over!!! LOL
