I try to do some form of exercise everyday. I like to go on the treadmill or go for a walk outside when the weather is nice.

I'd have to say using the boxed/canned food. Not that I like it, but with our schedules, that's what works the best for our family.
I prefer doing it from scratch, but sometimes I just have to save time during the workweek.

I think my main concern would be Contaminants. I love to eat fish because of the omega-3's which is healthy for you.

fast walking... I am not a "runner"- I can do short spurts on a walk but not too long. I don't use walking/running as my primary source of exercise but enjoy it when the weather is nice and I feel like something different.

I have tried the South Beach Diet Plan. It was great for a kick start. Now I just watch my portions and try and eat healthy. Sometimes I have a "feed the craving day". Then I'm right back on track again.

None of the equipment intimidates me....the whole idea of the gym intimidates me. that's why I have my own equipment at home so I can do my exercises in private. That way I can also do my exercises on my timeline.
