Yesterday my parents ordered pizza for dinner but I had chicken and veggies! It helps that I'm lactose intolerant so the cheese would not be so good for me anyway!

I resisted the cookies that my co-worker baked and brought in to share. I've cut gluten and dairy out of my diet so that would have been not so good on my stomach if I had gave in!

I would lilke to say that everything I've done has started with baby steps.
When I first started excercising it was the wii fit now I can do the whole spark people 28 day boot camp video in one session.
I am happy to say I have lost 32 pounds and am maintaining that loss within two pounds. A day at a time and babysteps will get everyone there:)

took another baby step today at the gym. I increased my weights for my strength training. from 8lb to 10 lb dumbbells and also upped by 10 lbs most of the machines I work out on

goals
lose 10 lbs - buy a pattern from etsy
lose 20 lbs - by a book for ereader not onsale
lose 30 lbs - go to the movies
lose 40 lbs - buy a whole new outfit
lose 50 lbs - a reiki session
lose 60 lbs - a day to pamper myself
lose 70 lbs - new shoes
lose 80 lbs - buy a whole new outfit
lose 90 lbs - get my nails done
lose 100lbs - get a tattoo
lose 110 lbs - a weekend getaway
reach my goal - give myself a big hug and a bikini!!

I took a huge baby step today! I joined a running club, something I promised myself I was going to do when spring came. Spring is not quite here yet but I still joined, went for the first run this morning and I enjoyed it very much!

well I"m proud that I actually cooked something for lunch. I was too tempted to just take the bag of potato chips on the top of the fridge and eat that for lunch but made myself a salad with grilled chicken on it!

goals

We all know that baby steps can take us far. This is especially true for us night owls, who struggle with crazy work schedules, family life and personal issues.

We should be proud of every small step we take toward reaching our goals.
