Nice to see some activity again on this site.
I sleep in shifts but I try and do bollyfit which is on at 9 am at least 3 times a week. I get up around two or three in the afternoon and excercise for about a hour six days a week.
Eating pattern through the week is yogurt fruit crackers and laughing cow cheese or cheese whiz at one thirty am, lunch 4 varies about 400 cals, 6 am fibre bar or thinsations breakfast when I get home and supper around five. I've reached my goal so this worked for me. I find eating five or six times a day works.
