I hear you! Picking the habits that most benefit me and sticking to them helps keeps life on an even keel. Trying to eat breakfast daily is one key. When I switched to a plant based diet, I vowed to start my day off with something in my stomach besides coffee. Oatmeal, a smoothie, and my bare minimal is a glass of non-dairy milk with my vitamins, taking a piece of fruit to work with me.

Good morning, team members. I am looking forward to the weekend. The Christmas holiday often slows my coaching business down a bit for a few weeks and I welcome the break to work in my own family plans.
Holding onto my workouts and portion control so far and intend to make it a Sparky Christmas. The good thing about Spark is I do not feel deprived but great when I pass up that second cookie (-: Smug maybe! Ha.
