* aim for 8 hours of sleep (not even close in April) * run a minimum of 12 miles a week * do 3 days of strength training * drink 9 cups of water a day (was able to do so a couple of days each week in April) * do more fitness things with my kids (play ball, ride the bike, have fun playing the XBox, etc....) * run one 10k this month
