Hello there. What you could do is include one more day of walking. Try walking on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays for your walks. Give your body a chance to adjust to your new routine.
Make sure you are fueling your muscles too. Aim for eight glasses of water a day. And utilize the nutritional tracker to get that scale moving.
