I live in Miami so the weather is nice all year round. I am walking anywhere from 1 to 3 hours a day. I am going to see if I can increase my walking because the winter months here are the best time to walk.

I was sick in November and did not walk that much. My average usued to be 21K It's now 14K. I'm challenging myself to do at least 19K. Is there anyone else want to challenge themselves to walking? It's good for you.
