Hi folks! As a runner, I count on my Holy Yoga practice to help prevent injury and increase flexibility. How does your yoga practice fit with your other fitness activities? Or are you a yoga-only person? I'd love to hear how yoga fits into the big fitness picture for others. I don't have tons of time to practice, but find that 20 minutes, a few times a week, is very helpful for my body and spirit.
