I am wanting to do 10 to 20 minutes of easy sun salutations and then easy core work EVERY MORNING during my quiet time with God to get my mind, body, and spirit off to the right start.
I want to give some structure to my practice and am thinking that Advent would be a great time. Anyone have yoga goals to share?
