Found out that the cancer my uncle has is a slow moving cancer so he's still at stage 1, but he's not strong enough to undergo treatment. They first have to get him healthy so there are no complications and then they will remove the cancer. So praying he gets his blood cells up so he can begin treatment.

Keep my family in your prayers today. My uncle finds out the severity of his cancer today. I've been so tired this week and I think this may be why, but I'm praying for good news. It's just been a rough year. I've experienced so much loss and it's getting draining.

Thanks. I'm getting better because I'm walking a little better. I can't go too fast or for too long, but being able to walk at all is a blessing.

I researched online and looked at my symptoms and it doesn't warrant going to the doctor yet, but it will take several weeks to heal following the RICE method. Elevating and staying off the ankle as much as possible had really helped. I found out I need to be icing it more than I have been so I'm going to be icing it twice a day on weekdays and 3 times on weekends. I'm also taking ibuprofen to help deal with pain, but definitely have my workouts on hold this week. Hoping by next week I can at least do strength training as it will be weeks before I can do cardio again. Been doing stretches though since my hamstrings are sore as well as my back.
