Wow! That's great!

I'm waiting for muscle definition. Have to lose a lot of weight, tho, to reveal what's there! LOL

Today i swam 2 miles, well probably 2.3miles but I lost count after 2 so thats how I wll count it.
Ive been swimming for a while now but today I felt really strong and have been varying my stroke to work different muscle groups. My arms are starting to get some muscle definition(in a certain light)lol so for those of you who are starting out, and this feels hard(it did for me to begin with)it wont for too long and when you have a session where you feel remarkably stronger that you did a week ago, nothing beets that feeling and it will have been worth it!

hello, i'm new here but I do already swim, and love it.
I love a challenge and the 40mi looks like a challenge I could really get my teeth into, I cant wait until tomorrow to get started now, so, do we count 25meter laps and do this at our leisure, due to ability or pool timetable restrictions or weekly and add it all up? emoticon
