i am not sure of the length of the pool i swim in but 64 laps is a mile. it is not bad but i am not consistent. 32 laps is just enough for me in a days time. when i am finished i am not exhausted but know that i have worked out and kept my heart rate up.
well, starting 10/1/06, i am going to try to be consistent with my new revised plan.
eating is not my problem. it is exercise. if i could work out like i need to i would lose the weight and definetily feel better.
