I haven't been using SP or swimming because I have been ill. (some kind of upper respiratory problem) I am feeling better but still very congested.

I have planned on strength training today but am not able to get into the water.

However, I am going to meet the swimming challenge by Jan. 07.

My last work assignment has ended. During the time I am not working, I hope to increase my exercise to at least 4x a week and continue my strength training 2x a week.

For the past 3 weeks plus I have not been myself and not feeling as motivated as I had been when I first started the Program. However, being off from work for a few weeks may be the boost I need to work on my health, build up stamina and regain my motivation.
