Skinny people irritate me! Especially when they say things like...'You know sometimes I forget to eat!' .....Now I've forgotten my address, my mother's maiden name and my keys, but I have never forgotten to eat. You have to be a special kind of stupid to forget to eat!
Don't try to keep it dry at all. Write it out with pencil or non runny ink on a piece of paper. At the pool, put the paper on a flutter board and wet it down so the paper sticks and you will be able to prop it up at the end of your lane and refer to it easily.

I've started getting my workouts off of swimplan.com and they are totally kicking my butt! In a great way. I tend to get bored just swimming straight laps, but if I have a workout plan with definite goals, the laps just fly by.
