I got another month of 2,000 fitness minutes. Working on week 78 of exercise streak. Believe that will tie my all time record. Will CELEBRATE week 80. Actually week 80 & 81 will be challenge weeks. But unless medical issues come up -- will not let streak go.

Today I got over two hours of kayaking. That is so much fun sometimes I forget it's exercise. Wouldn't want to swim in the waters I kayak. Re alligators, lot safer in the pool.

Today, I am proud of myself for staying out of the pool when it was so windy and cool. Instead, I stayed in the house and tied up some remaining tasks that I have been putting off . By slowing my pace, I have allowed myself to heal, instead of giving in to the urge to exercise because I am going stir crazy!

Good going, Cyndi. And thanks again so much for being a good back up plan for me!!

I'm proud of my running workout today. Not that it was anything amazing, but I'm proud of the my consistency in pursuing my running goals and fitness through running. I also did some strength training today and that is probably a greater accomplishment as I'm not very consistent with ST and have to push myself to do it.

You are both very impressive. I am proud of myself for two things today. First, for doing 2.5 hours of water aerobics. Second, for not panicking when the scale jumped 4 pounds since yesterday morning. I know that it is just fluid from sodium.

Exercise streak @ 67 weeks. Have had several days where I tracked calories. Have been on several three hour hikes lately. emoticon (Wish Emoticon had more clothes on because I have been more bundled up for my hikes.)

Hiked six miles @ Tenorac section of Saddle Creek in company of friends who are fairly fast hikers. We did some water, snack, and talk stops. Still did in less than 2-1/2 hours. Given the "hilly" terrain--not a bad time. I'll be leading a group there next Sat., pace will be a lot slower.

Exercise streak @ 65 weeks. Finished 2013 with four months of over 1,500 fitness minutes.
Tracking calories today for first time in FOREVER. Need to. My weight is now highest in my life. I have finally starting weighting myself & acknowledging my current weight on SparkPeople.

I went camping this weekend with a group of friends. My husband was doing something else. I put up our tent all by myself. It's 10x12 and at least 6" high. Feeling good about that. Rode over 10 miles on my bike on Friday and got a good group hike in on Saturday. Bathroom closest to me wasn't working very well so got a lot of exercise walking to the other one. emoticon emoticon
My exercise streak is pushing 60 weeks.
