Thanks for asking a great question, as I am an avid podcaster myself. Unfortunately I don't know of any podcasts, but I do recommend an app to help motivate you to work out. I'm a bit of a geek, so I totally dig this. There's an app (for the iPhone, at least) called Zombies, Run! that carries you along in a post-apocalyptic story where the world has been taken over by zombies and you have to outrun them to survive. This is a really fun story and motivates me to keep running long after I'm tired. So, it's not quite a podcast, but really fun nonetheless.

I know this is an old post, but thought I would throw my 2-cents in....
I have been listening to the Cut the Fat Podcast. They push strength training and nutrition. The thing that I like most about them is they admit that they do have the perfect program. They understand that we are individuals and what works for one person, will not work for another.
I have tried a few others, but they quickly turn in to a sales pitch for whatever program they are running.
I would like to hear about other podcast, particularly in motivation, which I often lack....
