Been there, done that. You're right its a helluva rutted road. I did find an 24 hour gym, but between workout and sleep, the bed Always won. I HAD to get out off the third or graveyard shift, I knew it was slowly killing me. I went to HR and put in my request for a first or second shift assignment ASAP. It finally came a month later. But by then I was mentally wasted. I did myself the biggest favor ever - I QUIT! I went home caught up on my sleep and went out looking for a job that wouldn't eventually kill me. 10 days later I found it. Much healthier, happier then.

Take time to really assess where you are going.

"I can do all things if I just get off my but's and admit I'm in control of me!" SGM 1:1-5 The only real verse I need.

Never say you didn't have enough time: You have the same amount of time that was given to Helen Keller, Albert Einstein, William Shakespeare, Julius Caesar, Winston Churchill.

I know that this works, and yet, I cannot get motivated this time around. Working this night shift is impossible to work out a system for success. When I get home from work, I'm beat and collapse into bed... no exercise...

I am drinking most of my water while at work, but even eating on a regular basis is impossible. Work even prevents its own challenges, as I am surrounded by fried foods and other salt-loaded snacks.

I think I've lost the same 2 pounds about 12 times so far... need to start breaking out of this!!!
