Here it is mid - February. After a couple of false-starts there seems to be a difference "this time". So much of the ground work has been laid. Now it's a matter of moving forward and being consistent about it!

@Drummergirl75 I understand exactly what you mean by a different attitude. I think that is the key to reaching our goals or "trying again next year". Good luck to everyone and I wish you all much success.
Well, I've been starting off the new year with a cold (bleh!) but so far, so good. I'm really working on getting back to healthy eating right now and am doing OK. Today wasn't the best day (I had a WW english muffin w/PB, scrambled eggs & popcorn for my meals) but at least it was all "real" food and no fast food, so I'm happy with it. Tomorrow is another day, and it will be a better one!
