I just read it. I especially liked when she said that when she felt like she was getting overwhelmed in the middle of the month, she sat down and planned the rest of the month. Great idea.

If you haven't seen it yet check out the dailySpark blog and look for the article Habits of Fit People: Sticking with it when life gets stressfull (or something like that). Seemed really applicable to many of the stories on this team! Definitely gave me some good tips for sticking with it.
