I need help in planing my afternoon snacks.
My breakfast, mid-morning, and lunch routine are working for me but I have a lot of trouble with afternoon snacks. The problem is getting worse because when I don't get a good snack in the afternoon, I tenf to overeat for dinner as I work out right after work. So when I get home after my workout, I have dinner.
I need ideas for afternoon snacks. My usual mid-morning snack is greek yogurt with sliced almonds.
Also, I will be at work when I have this afternoon snack so I won't be able to do a smoothie. I also strongly dislike the texture of cottage cheese.
Please help me with clean-eating snacks for the afternoons.
